Discussion Based Assessment (DBA)

The DBA is a Discussion Based Assessment where the teacher is able to have a verbal discussion with the student to ensure the student has mastered the given topic.  These verbal discussions are required for course completion.  Every semester there will be 3 DBAs.  The first and last DBA must be done over the phone or Skype such that the teacher can hear your voice.  The second DBA can be completed by making a recording. DBAs are required in order for Calvert to maintain their accreditation requirements.
